Texas. Citrus Energy is currently involved in a major drilling program developing the Barnett Shale in the Ft. Worth Basin of Texas. In the Barnett Shale project, Citrus holds in excess of 20,000 acres and is currently drilling wells throughout the Ft. Worth Basin and acquiring seismic data on its existing leasehold for future development. Citrus has ongoing leasing programs in Bosque, Cooke, Erath, Hamilton, Hill, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Tarrant, and Wise counties.
