Pennsylvania. Citrus Energy Corporation is conducting a leasing program in the Marcellus Shale Project in Pennsylvania. Citrus Energy has hired William D. Barber, a noted shale resource expert, as Project Manager to define geology, identify acreage, drill and develop this acreage in the Marcellus Shale. Mr. Barber has successfully applied the latest drilling and completion technology for other companies in shale projects throughout the United States. In addition, Citrus Energy has formed an alliance with one of the largest land drilling rig companies in the United States. This alliance will provide Citrus with access to drilling rigs and other services which is and will continue to be an issue in the Marcellus Shale play.
